a user experience and product designer.
I specialize in building and evolving B2B products, internal tools, and design systems that operate in complex problem spaces. I come from a background in customer support and product management and I use what I learned about people and products to create experiences that work with and for users.
About
I have a decade’s worth of experience leading end-to-end product development, working at every stage of the product design process. I am just as comfortable doing user research, iterating through UX and UI, and collaborating with stakeholders and leadership as I am managing and growing design systems and pairing with engineers to ship features.
My experience and passion lie in working with B2B apps, internal tools, and design systems that operate in big, complex problem spaces. Before design, I spent a decade in customer support and a quick stop in product management. I’m deeply passionate about establishing systems and processes that support product teams to work efficiently and drive their mission forward.
